Can I pay with Credit Card?

All major credit cards accepted. Paypal too. Credit Card payment is secured by PayPal but you dont need a PayPal account to make your payment. Once you click “Proceed to PayPal”, just look for the “Don’t have a PayPal account?” link.

I want to order a cassette (or a poster) and a t-shirt, why do I have to pay two different shipping costs?

Cassettes & posters are manufactured and shipped by us from France. T-Shirts are made to order and shipped from the US. That’s why you have to pay two different shipping costs.

Are you going to sell my information?

Personal data is not used for anything other than facilitating purchases from the webstore.

Where’s my order?

We ship cassettes & posters worldwide. Please allow 1/2 business days for orders to be packed and shipped. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the following workday. Then the magic of the Postal Service takes hold! Please note that we do not guarantee shipping times. If you believe your package may be lost, please contact us (though keep in mind that we’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages). Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties in their country.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel or change any order that hasn’t already been shipped. Just send us an email.

What if my product is damaged or defective?

Everything we send out is brand new, and packaged securely. If your package was damaged in transit, please contact your local post office, or the courier directly to file a claim. We’re equally as sad when our products are harmed, but we’re not liable for any damages that occur during shipping. Once the item has shipped, it is out of our hands and becomes the responsibility of the courier to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please send it back to us and we will send you replacement items. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item back to us. If the item is already sold out by the time it’s returned to us, we will have to either send a similar item (of your choosing among available stock) or issue a refund.

Where’s my order?

T-Shirts are made to order & shipped from the US. It takes a few days to create these products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. We do not guarantee shipping times. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit, but if you believe your package may be lost, please contact us. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Buyers are responsible for any customs or duties in their country.

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

You can cancel or change any order before the status of the order is fulfilled. Just send us an email. Once the order is being fulfilled, no changes can be made.

What if my product is misprinted, damaged or defective?

T-Shirts are not manufactured and shipped by us. We are not responsible for any misprinted/damaged/defective products. If you somehow receive a product that is misprinted/damaged/defective, send us an emailAny claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.
